My story
The day I stopped
starting over every Monday
For years, I was the woman who had a list for everything but still felt behind on everything. The laundry was in three different stages. The budget spreadsheet hadn't been opened in months. Dinner was decided at 5pm when I was already exhausted, which meant takeout again.
I wasn't lazy. I wasn't bad at life. I was overwhelmed — and I had no real system to fall back on. Just willpower, which runs out fast when you're juggling kids, work, a home, and the invisible weight of a mental load that never shuts off.
"I kept waiting for the right moment to get organized. But the right moment never comes when you're already behind. I had to build the system first — then the calm would follow."
I started small. A daily reset list. A budget I could actually look at without panicking. A meal system that didn't require me to scroll Pinterest for 45 minutes before deciding on tacos again. It worked. Not because I suddenly had more time or energy — but because I finally had structure.
The mental load got lighter. The house felt more manageable. I stopped white-knuckling my way through every week. And I thought: every woman carrying what I was carrying deserves this.
So I built Find Your Light — not as a perfect productivity system, but as a real, practical, gentle reset for women who are done starting over. The goal was never perfection. The goal was peace.
That's what I want for you. Not a different life — just a more organized version of the one you already have. One where you feel prepared instead of panicked. Calm instead of chaotic. Like yourself again.
You've got this. And I've got you.
